India's star all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, was spotted alongside Team India, which arrived at the airport ahead of the team's tour to Sri Lanka for three T20I and as many ODI matches.

His first public appearance with the Men in Blue, a significant event given his recent personal news, was marked by his arrival at the airport with the team ahead of their tour of Sri Lanka. 

Personal turmoil in Hardik's life

This comes after BCCI's announcement that Suryakumar Yadav would be leading India in the white-ball format, instead of Hardik Pandya. Additionally, his divorce from his wife, Natasa Stanković, with whom he released a joint statement on Instagram on Thursday, announcing their separation.

This decision added to the uncertainty surrounding Pandya's career, which is currently going through a tough phase. Reports also suggested that BCCI wants Pandya to bowl in the Vijay Hazare Trophy to prove himself in the ODI format.

At the airport, Pandya, amidst his personal turmoil, was seen greeting his colleagues. He smartly concealed his pain with a smile while hugging Abhishek Nayar.
