A first batch of Indian cricket players have departed for Dubai to participate in the upcoming 2025 ICC Champions Trophy. Virat Kohli, wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant and national head coach Gautam Gambhir among several others were spotted making their way into the Mumbai airport on Saturday, February 15, i.e., four days prior to the launch of the tournament.
It is worth noting that each of Team India’s Champions Trophy fixtures will be hosted by the Dubai International Stadium owing to BCCI’s reluctance of sending the ‘Men in Blue’ to Pakistan.
