A recent incident has shed light on the fervent dedication of cricket fans, particularly those of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), towards their idol, MS Dhoni. 

In a heartwarming yet concerning turn of events, a devoted CSK supporter confessed to prioritizing IPL tickets over his daughters' school fees, all for the chance to witness MS Dhoni play live.

The fan, who remains unnamed, shared his story of purchasing tickets worth ₹64,000 through the black market to attend an IPL match, solely to fulfill his and his daughters' dream of seeing MS Dhoni in action. 


Despite being financially strained, he chose to indulge in this luxury rather than settling his daughters' educational expenses.

In an interview with Sportwalk Chennai, the father expressed his elation at securing the tickets, emphasizing the joy it brought to him and his three daughters, all clad in CSK jerseys. Their excitement was palpable as they enthusiastically blew whistles, a signature CSK fan gesture.

However, this display of fandom sparked controversy online, with many criticizing the father for his misplaced priorities. 

Social media platforms were abuzz with condemnation, questioning the wisdom of spending exorbitant amounts on cricket tickets while neglecting essential responsibilities such as education.
