Pakistan will take on England in the first T20I of the four-match series on Wednesday evening in a much-anticipated clash. 

Led by Babar Azam, Pakistan would be keen to get off the mark with a win as this series is their final bilateral assignment before the all-important T20 World Cup in the Caribbean and United States. 

As the Men in Green gear up for a fascinating encounter with the Englishmen, skipper Babar Azam has exhibited his form in an intense net session. 

In a video doing rounds on social media, Babar can be seen playing cracking shots in the nets ahead of the first T20I match at Headingley, Leeds. 

When the throw-down specialist bowled it full, Babar nailed the drives around the park perfectly. On the contrary, when he kept it short to surprise him, the stylish batter was prepared as he cracked some fantastic pull shots. 

His well-timed pull shots reminded everyone of Indian captain Rohit Sharma, who is known as one of the best exponents of the shot. 

Regarding Babar, the 29-year-old is on the verge of a phenomenal milestone, needing only 45 runs to enter the 4000-run club in T20Is. 

So, he could be only the second batter after Virat Kohli to achieve the feat when Pakistan play the first T20I against England on Wednesday.
