Former Pakistan captain Babar Azam, who has been going through a rough patch lately, enjoys a massive fan following worldwide. This was evident once again when one of his avid fans was spotted at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, crying and urging him to take a selfie and give an autograph.
The young fan wouldn't stop gushing to Babar Azam, who came to the boundary rope for autographs and selfies, about being his biggest fan. He claimed to never miss a Pakistan match because of him and raved about Babar's cover drives and innings highlights – like, two or three times.
Babar Azam, known for his mutual respect for fans, approached his young admirer and couldn't resist. He not only took a selfie with the kid but also signed a bat for him. The young fan was ecstatic, seen enjoying, smiling, and even dancing in pure joy after meeting his cricket idol.

Babar Azam stepped down from the captaincy of Pakistan following the team's disappointing performance in the 2023 World Cup held in India.
