After a record-breaking IPL debut season with the Rajasthan Royals, Vaibhav Suryavanshi became the newest sensation of Indian cricket. After shattering the season, with some incredible knocks in the IPL 2025, the 14-year-old cricketer secured his place in Team India’s under-19 squad for the England tour.

Suryavanshi Chills With Teammates During U19 Faceoff

As the senior Indian men’s side is facing off against England in a five-match Test series, India Under-19 side is also gearing up for a long series, combined with five youth ODIs along two youth Tests. Ahead of that, the Ayush Mhatre-led side is facing the England Under-19 side in a 50-over warm-up match.

After having a brilliant debut season in the IPL, Vaibhav Suryavanshi is now set for the upcoming challenges in the challenging English conditions. As the match began, the youngster was seen sitting on the dugout with captain Ayush Mhatre and another teammate. That moment grabbed the attention.

Suryavanshi Shines Bright in Debut IPL Season

After Vaibhav Suryavanshi grabbed attention with a brilliant knock in the youth Test against Australia. He smashed a century in just 58 balls and played a knock of 104-run knock in 62 balls. After that, the Rajasthan Royals tied up with him with a 1.1 crore deal.

Making his IPL debut in RR’s jersey, the youngster scored 252 runs in just 7 matches with an explosive strike rate of 206.56. He smashed an outstanding ton against the Gujarat Titans. After a ruthless display in the tournament, he was selected for the England tour.

Ahead of the tour, he played an exceptional knock of 190 runs in just 90 balls in a practice match in Bengaluru. As the under-19 side is all set to step into the first youth ODI on June 27, Suryavanshi will be a crucial player in India’s lineup, as fans will be excited to see some blazing knocks from the youngster.
