It is worth noting that before the start of the South Africa series, Varma was ranked 72nd in the world, but now has jumped to 3rd place.
Meanwhile, SKY has slipped a spot down and is now ranked fourth on the table. Meanwhile, Phil Salt is ranked second, and Australian maestro Travis Head continues to shine as the World's No.1 T20I batter.
Notably, Varma made his T20I debut in 2023 and has played 20 T20Is, amassing 616 runs, which features two centuries and two fifty-plus scores. Notably, Varma has a rating point of 806.
Hardik Pandya Becomes No.1 Ranked All-Rounder in T20Is
Hardik Pandya has become the new No.1 T20I all-rounder. He climbed two spots in the latest ICC rankings of T20I all-rounders. He is now the number 1 ranked all-rounder, and second in the list is Dipendra Singh Airee. Hardik Pandya, though enjoys 13 points lead from the number 2 ranked cricketer with 244 rating points.
Pandya has replaced England's Liam Livingstone to become the No.1 ranked T20I all-rounder. Talking about other players, Sanju Samson, who recently scored three hundred and became the first Indian to smash three centuries in a single year, jumped 17 places to rank 22nd in the world.
Talking about the series, India won 3-1 and suffered a defeat in just 2nd T20I.
