The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has unveiled its entire itinerary for the upcoming fifth edition of The Hundred. Set to be played in August later this year, the 2025 edition of The Hundred will once again feature 34 matches, including one Eliminator and a final.

Much like the preceding editions of the tournament, the men’s and the women’s competition will once again run simultaneously.

ECB unveils The Hundred 2025 schedule

The Hundred 2025 season will launch on August 5 with a match between London Spirit and Oval Invincibles. The opening round of the competition will conclude on August 28, and the Eliminator and the Final will be played on August 30 and August 31 respectively.

As many as 32 first-round matches will be taking place between August 5 and August 28. Double-headers have been allotted to Saturdays and Sundays, as well as to two separate Wednesdays of August 13 and August 20. Here is a look at the entire schedule of The Hundred 2025 season:

Much like the preceding editions, matches from the Women’s The Hundred and Men’s The Hundred will be taking place on the same day at the same venue. While the action will start out with women’s games, the double-headers will close out with men’s fixtures later in evenings.

London Spirit won the women’s edition of The Hundred back in August 2024 by defeating Welsh Fire in a hard-fought finale at Lord’s, London. Similarly, the Oval Invincibles team will start out as the defending champions of the men’s 2025 edition, having won the previous chapter of the competition by upstaging a James Vince-led Southern Brave unit at the same iconic English venue.
