England veteran and star pacer has scalped a remarkable milestone for himself. In the ongoing series against South Africa the lanky speedster collected 800 wickets in International cricket and became the 8th bowler to ever do so.

After his partner in crime James Anderson broke Proteas opener Sarel Erwee, Broad came into action with two back-to-back scalps.

The 36-year old, first sent Dean Elgar back to the pavillion early in the innings before he took the prized wicket of Keegan Petersen to claim a milestone.

Broad in the series so far

The right armer has been decent in the series so far. In the first Test, the bowler had performed well with the bat and took a flying catch to send Kagiso Rabada to the dugout.

In the first session of the second Test the bowler has so far scalped 2 wickets in 4 overs.
