Ben Stokes, the current English Test skipper and their head coach Brendon McCullum are both known for their aggressive approach with bat in hand and together they have revolutionised the way England go about their business in Test cricket. They have been pretty successful as the duo, but the two never shy away from having a fun battle, especially when it comes to showcasing their power-hitting skills.

Ben Stokes has 131 sixes in Test history, the most for any player and second in the list is none other than Brendon McCullum. So, naturally there is that element of competition between them and now ahead of the third Test against Pakistan at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, the two decided to go up against each other in a six-hitting competition.

Brendon McCullum Continues Superiority Over Ben Stokes

It was quite a battle between the two, with both of them trying their best to hit the ball out of the ground. However, the clear winner of the competition was Brendon McCullum. He hit the ball cleanly while Ben Stokes after almost every shot walked off in frustration. The English head coach though was cool and calm in his approach and showed once again why he was one of the best in the business during his time.

On the last Pakistan tour too, the duo were involved in a six-hitting competition. At that time too, Brendon McCullum emerged as a superior hitter while Ben Stokes despite his exploits at the international level, seems to be failing to deliver under pressure against his head coach.
