New Zealand's right-arm swing bowler Matt Henry has been rewarded for his recent exploits against Sri Lanka in the ODI series in the latest ICC ODI Rankings for bowlers' update. Indian batters - Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill - have also gained big from the latest rankings.

Henry registered brilliant figures of 3/14 in the final ODI in Wellington to set up a 2-0 series win for the BlackCaps.

As a result, the right-arm seamer has jumped 5 spots to claim the 5th position in the ICC ODI Rankings for Bowlers. Henry now has 676 ranking points, and he is just 29 points behind the No.1 ranked Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood (705). Whereas, Indian seamer Mohammed Siraj has maintained his the third place.

Meanwhile, middle-order batter Daryl Mitchell has also moved five positions in ICC T20I Rankings for batters following his sparkling 66 in the opening game of the ongoing 3-match series. Mitchell is now tied with Bangladesh's Litton Das at the 21st spot with 582 cumulative ranking points in a list, which is headlined by India's superstar, Suryakumar Yadav (906).

Apart from Mitchell, Lanka's Charith Asalanka has moved up 12 places in the T20I rankings for batters to claim the 23rd spot (with George Munsey).

Spinner Mahesh Theekshana has also jumped three places to break into the top-10 of ICC T20I Rankings for bowlers following an economical display (1/22 in 4) against New Zealand in the 1st match at Eden Park in Auckland.

South Africa's T20 skipper Aiden Markram has jumped 13 spots in the ODI rankings to achieve a career-best rank of 41 following his maiden century- a blistering 175- against the Netherlands last week. Indian golden boy Gill has reached the fourth spot; meanwhile, the former Indian skipper Kohli has jumped one position to the 6th overall.

Quinton de Kock has dropped four places (to 7th) following a poor ODI series against the Dutch. However, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam still heads the list.
