Former India star batter Sachin Tendulkar will join the elite list of Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni, as the master blaster is all set to turn entrepreneur. 

The former World No.1 will launch a new athleisure brand that will focus on making products related to cricket and badminton. Sachin's brand will aim to introduce these products at an affordable price, as Nike, and Adidas, which are Sachin's upcoming brand's competitors, have priced their products at a premium price.

Sachin has registered the name of the company as 'SRT10 Athleisure Pvt Ltd' as reported by ET. He alongside former Swiggy Instamart head Karthik Gurumurthy will launch the product and is in advance talks with investors to raise funds.

“They are likely to position it like a rival to top brands like Nike, but at an affordable pricing with local manufacturing at play as well as government policies promoting local manufacturing. They will soon launch products in sports like cricket and badminton,” One of the sources is quoted as saying by ET. 

Talking about other players, then Virat Kohli has a stake in Wrogn, which is a clothing brand. Meanwhile, MS Dhoni too has his brand by the name of 'Seven', which is a lifestyle and sportswear brand.
