Maratha Royals Win A Close One Against Falcons

Batting first, SoBo Mumbai Falcons got off to a rough start. They lost both openers early and were 72/4 after 12 overs. Captain Shreyas Iyer scored 12 runs. But Mayuresh Tandel (50*) and Harsh Aghav (45*) saved the innings with a strong 85-run partnership, helping the team finish at 157/4.

In response, Maratha Royals chased the target smartly. Chinmay Sutar led the way with a steady 53, while Awais Khan smashed a quick 38. The team had strong partnerships throughout the innings.

Just when it looked like an easy win, Falcons’ spinner Kartik Mishra took two wickets in one over, including Awais and Chinmay, bringing some drama to the end. But with seven runs needed from the final over, Rohan Raje hit a boundary and sealed the win with four balls to spare.
