One of India's most revered cricketers, MS Dhoni, recently attended a launch event where he opened up and revealed that Jasprit Bumrah is his current favourite bowler. 

When the reporter asked him this question, Dhoni's response was immediate, reflecting his spontaneity and honesty. 

He also clarified that while he doesn't have any favorite batter at the moment due to the vast variety, that doesn't mean that there aren't any good bowlers; however, his current favourite bowler is Bumrah.

Jasprit Bumrah's skill and precision have earned him the status of one of the best bowlers of this generation. Bumrah, who has been termed as the 8th wonder of the world, played a crucial role in reviving India's chances at winning the T20 World Cup, time and again. 

Meanwhile,the legendary Thala is expected to return for the IPL 2025 season if BCCI announces that 5-6 retentions would be allowed in the upcoming season.

On the other hand, the 30-year-old has been given rest for India's Tour of Sri Lanka, but he is expected to make a return for the Test series against Bangladesh, starting in September.
