Ravindra Jadeja, the star Indian all-rounder who suffered a hamstring injury in the first Test against England at Hyderabad is likely to miss the third Test as well. According to a report from Cricbuzz, it would be remarkable achievement if he gets fit for the fourth Test which makes his unavailability for the third Test almost certain.

Ravindra Jadeja suffered an injury during the fourth day of the first Test match while trying to take a single and was subsequently ruled out of the second Test match. The hamstring injury generally takes four to eight weeks to heal and that means that he might miss the whole Test series.

Ravindra Jadeja's loss is a big one for India with uncertainty over key players like Virat Kohli, KL Rahul and Mohammed Shami. Jadeja is a key asset in Indian conditions with his consistent and solid batting at number 6 along with his crafty tweakers.

All the pressure will be on India as they were shockingly beaten by the heroics of Ollie Pope and Tom Hartley in the first Test match, and would be itching to bounce back at Vizag. There are plenty of debutants lined-up to play their maiden game in the second Test starting on 2nd of February and it would be interesting to see how things pan out in this crucial Test match.
