Pat Cummins Reacts With Laughter On A Controversial Offensive Post On Indian Players

In the recent ICC ODI World Cup final, Pat Cummins, the Australian captain, didn't just talk the talk – he walked it, leaving the Indian team and over one lakh Indian crowd at Narendra Modi Stadium with some unforgettable memories.

In the lead-up to the World Cup 2023 final against India, Pat Cummins playfully suggested they'd silence the Indian crowd. And that's exactly what happened – the entire stadium went quiet as India suffered a six-wicket defeat against Australia, extending their World Cup trophy drought.

As the Australian team basks in their sixth World Cup title, celebrations are in full swing back home. Unfortunately, The Betoota Advocate, a famous Australian newspaper opted for a distasteful approach, mocking the Indian team by portraying them as babies, with Travis Head, the centurion in the final, portrayed as their 'father.'

Adding to the concern, Australian captain Pat Cummins responded to this post by dropping a laughing reaction, raising further eyebrows.

India ruled the roost in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, storming into the final with an unbeaten record from nine group stage victories, including a convincing 70-run win against New Zealand in the semis. Unfortunately, they couldn't bring the heat in the final, lacking firepower in both batting and bowling against Australia.
