Sunrisers Hyderabad's leg-spinner Rahul Chahar bamboozled his teammate in a practice session. The talented bowler lived up to his word as he deceived one of his SRH teammates with a stunning delivery.

SRH is set to face Delhi Capitals in the 10th fixture of the 2025 IPL season. After losing the last game to LSG, Hyderabad will be eager to bounce back. On the other hand, DC won a thriller against LSG to get off to a winning start.

Meanwhile, ahead of the big game, a promising spinner from SRH is getting ready to make an impact, but his first target turned out to be his own teammate.

Rahul Chahar Stuns SRH Teammate In Net Session

During an intense net session, Rahul Chahar told the social media admin that he would dismiss his teammate batting in the net session.

On the very next delivery that he bowled, Chahar forced the batter to edge which could have been a simple catch for the wicket-keeper in a real game. He lived up to his word and calmly celebrated the moment.

Chahar began his IPL career with Mumbai Indians before he joined PBKS in 2022. However, ahead of the mega auction, the spinner was released back into the auction pool where SRH bagged him for INR 3.20 core.

That being said, Rahul Chahar is yet to play a game this season as SRH has prioritised a pace-heavy lineup. Mohammed Shami, Simarjeet Singh, Harshal Patel, and Pat Cummins are frontline pacers whereas Adam Zampa and Abhishek Sharma are spin bowling options.

SRH To Take On DC In An Important Clash

Sunrisers Hyderabad has a stunning start to the IPL 2025 season as they slammed 286 runs against RR. However, after the dominant 44-run win, the team struggled against LSG. Batting first, SRH posted 190 runs on the board before Nicholas Pooran took the game away with a blazing 70 off 26 balls.

Meanwhile, DC also had a terrific start, winning a last-over thriller against LSG. Ashutosh Sharma and Viprag Nigam played mind-blowing innings to save DC. Meanwhile, for the next game, DC have a key addition to the lineup as KL Rahul is returning after his personal break.
