The much-anticipated 2025 edition of the IPL is set to commence on March 22, 2025, with the RCB taking on the KKR at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially unveiled the full schedule, confirming a total of 70 group-stage matches spanning from March 22 to May 18, 2025.  

One of the most awaited encounters of the season will take place on March 23, 2025, when MI lock horns with CSK in their opening match. 

Each of the ten teams will play 14 group-stage matches across multiple venues, including some of India’s most renowned cricket stadiums such as Wankhede Stadium, M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Arun Jaitley Stadium.
