Mahipal Lomror is set to go under the hammer at the IPL 2025 mega auction later this month, as the Rajasthan-based batting star was released by the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) franchise on the day of retention announcement on October 31. The attacking left-handed batter had commenced his IPL journey back in 2018 for the Rajasthan Royals franchise before getting acquired by RCB in 2022.

Yet to light the IPL stage on fire, Mahipal seems to have elevated his stocks beyond unprecedented levels in the lead-up to the auction by pounding his career-best first-class score in Ranji Trophy.
