The highly anticipated T20 World Cup 2024 is just four months away, scheduled to unfold in the USA and West Indies from June 4-29. While the ICC may potentially unveil the complete schedule on January 8, confirmed information indicates the participation of twenty teams and nine venues in this mega-event.

In recent developments, SportsTak has exclusively disclosed India's schedule for the 2024 T20 World Cup. According to the report, the Men in Blue will kick off their campaign on June 5, facing off against Ireland.

Back in September, the ICC finalized 10 venues for the T20 World Cup 2024, spanning the Caribbean and the USA. Initially, Dominica was under consideration to host the India versus England match and a semifinal.

However, with Dominica withdrawing, the matches will now be distributed among nine venues. The tournament is set to feature three African teams, including South Africa, Namibia, and the recently qualified Uganda.

India's journey in the competition will witness their second game against arch-rivals Pakistan on June 9 in New York.

As per reports, the 2007 T20 World Cup champions are slated to play seven matches before entering the knockout stage.

The group stage matches for India will all be held in the USA, with the Super-eight stage concluding in the West Indies. Semi-finals 1 and 2 will be hosted in Guyana and Trinidad, respectively, while Barbados will be the venue for the Final.

Here is the detailed list of India's fixtures, as revealed by Sports Tak:

- June 5: India vs Ireland, New York

- June 9: India vs Pakistan, New York

- June 12: India vs USA, New York

- June 15: India vs Canada, Florida
