England's batting sensation Harry Brook credited Pakistan Super League (PSL) for excelling in the subcontinent conditions with the bat in the ongoing series between Pakistan and England.

During the third T20I of ongoing England’s tour of Pakistan at the National Stadium in Karachi, a couple of innings of the highest order from Harry Brook (81* off 35) and Ben Duckett (70* off 42), powered England to a comfortable win to take the 2-1 lead in the seven-match series.

Brook, in particular, was at his absolute best as he smoked five Sixes and eight Fours, and returned back after striking at 231.43 runs per hundred balls.

The 23-year-old Yorkshire batter also struck a crucial 42 not out to guide England to victory in the opening game of the series, while he made 31 in a losing effort in the second meeting of the seven-match contest.

Brook enjoys home like feeling in Pakistan

In the post-match talk, Brook explained how the familiarity with the subcontinent wickets and success at the PSL helped him to understand and read the conditions well.

"I Like Pakistan [grins]. Obviously, I had a bit of success in the PSL so it feels like I’m almost at home here," said Harry Brook after his match winning knock of 81.

Brook played for Lahore Qalandars in the seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League, where he amassed 262 runs in seven innings while maintaining a strike rate of 175.8, including a splendid century.

Reflecting on his experience of playing in Pakistan's T20 franchise competition, Brook said he learned a lot of things by sharing the change room with top Pakistan cricketers like Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, and Fakhar Zaman.

"I had some of the best bowlers in the world on my team in Shaheen (Shah Afridi) and Haris (Rauf), so I try to learn off them boys and from Fakhar Zaman as well, trying to figure out ways to score runs in Pakistan,” he added.

Brook has been terrific in the ongoing historic T20I series between Pakistan and England, scoring 154 runs in three innings with an average of 154 and a strike rate of 194.93.
