Two teams, sitting on the opposite poles of the leaderboard, India Legends and Bangladesh Legends, will lock horns in the 18th match of the Road Safety World Series (RSWS) 2022 on Sunday, September 25.

Led by the batting great Sachin Tendulkar, Indian Legends have been the team to beat in the ongoing tournament. With two wins from as many games, they are well on-course for a top-two finish.

As for the bottom-placed Bangladesh Legends, they are having a contrasting season altogether. Heading into their upcoming game, they would be keen to salvage some pride after losing all three games they played in the competition so far.

  • Sachin Tendulkar: The little master wreaked havoc against England Legends in the last match. He whacked 40 runs off just 20 balls with the help of three fours and as many sixes. 
  • Stuart Binny: He is the leading run-scorer for Indian Legends, having mustered 100 runs in two matches, including unbeaten 82 runs against South Africa in the opening fixture.
  • Alok Kapali: The Bangladesh all-rounder is the leading run-scorer for his team, having accumulated 76 runs in three innings. He also has scalped two wickets in three matches at an economy of 7.03.
  • Yusuf Pathan: The hard-hitting all-rounder has got 62 runs in two matches at an astonishing average of 62 and a strike rate of 238.46. He played a breezy cameo of 11-ball 27 against England Legends in the last match.

Pitch Report
