India's premier keeper-batter Sanju Samson sustained his torrid run in the ongoing T20I series against Sri Lanka, as he was dismissed for a four-ball duck in the final game at Pallekele International Stadium in Kandy.

As India had already won the series by securing convincing victories in the first two games, they decided to rest Rishabh Pant, providing Samson an opportunity to showcase his mettle.

However, the Kerala-born cricketer couldn't live up to the expectations, being dismissed for a duck by Sri Lanka's right-arm seamer Chamindu Wickramasinghe.
