From Shubman Gill To Ravi Shastri: Full List Of Winners At BCCI Awards 2024

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) relaunched its annual awards on Tuesday (January 24) as the deserving performers for the seasons 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 finally earned their just rewards and recognition. 

Apart from recognising the contemporary players at the international and domestic stage, the Indian board also conferred former cricketers Ravi Shastri and Farokh Engineer with Colonel C K Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award in Hyderabad. 

Amongst the young lot of Indian cricket, rising opening batter Shubman Gill was awarded the Polly Umrigar Best Men's International Cricketer of the Year award for 2022-2023, with ace speedster Jasprit Bumrah awarded the same for 2021-22. 

Yashasvi Jaiswal's rapid rise at the international stage last season earned him the Best International Debut award for 2022-23. Axar Patel, the left-arm spinner who ran riot the last time England visited India, received the honour for the 2021-22 season. 

In the women's game, elegant opener Smriti Mandhana was given the Best Women's International Cricketer for 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons with her experienced teammate and allrounder Deepti Sharma receiving the same for the previous two seasons.

Best performance in domestic tournaments: Mumbai (2019-20).

Lala Amarnath Award for best all-rounder in Ranji Trophy: Manishankar Mura Singh (2019-20), Shams Mulani (2021-22), Saransh Jain (2022-23).
