Devon Conway, the leading run-scorer for CSK in IPL 2023 is likely to get fully fit for the playoffs of IPL 2024 according to some unverified reports. The Kiwi batter injured his left thumb during the T20I series against the Aussies, and that prompted CSK management to go with Rachin Ravindra at the top of the order.

Rachin has been decent but the consistency that Conway brings to the table is something that makes him a hot asset, and with playoffs scheduled to start on 21st of May, Conway is likely to play for CSK if they qualify for that stage. Despite being injured he has been with the team right from the start of the season, and is recovering quite well according to some reports.

CSK have won three out of their five games so far, and are looking quite a settled unit. They have won all their three matches at home so far, and would be looking to get on a winning run from hereon.

For that, they need Rachin Ravindra to score some big runs as he has not been able to convert his starts into substantial scores so far. Shivam Dube has been brilliant in the middle overs while Ruturaj Gaikwad has also played some handy knocks along with Daryl Mitchell.

CSK will next go up against Mumbai Indians at Wankhede on 14th of April and would be eyeing their first win away from the home this season.
