The Indian fans are having a high time as the IPL 2025 has finally raised the curtains on March 22. As the marquee event is going on, David Warner is a big miss in the tournament. But the former Australian player grabbed attention for his recent social media post.

Australian cricketer David Warner shared his frustration with Air India after boarding a flight only to find out there were no pilots available. This led to long hours of waiting at the airport.

Warner Lashes Out At Air India

After being unsold in the IPL, David Warner is set to step into the PSL. But before that, the Aussie star grabbed the headlines as he lashed out at Air India. He faced a frustrating delay after discovering his flight had no pilot at the Bengaluru airport, prompting him to vent his frustration on social media.

“We’ve boarded a plane with no pilots and waiting on the plane for hours. Why would you board passengers knowing that you have no pilots for the flight?” Warner wrote on social media.

Air India Comes Up With A Reply

Warner’s frustrated post quickly grabbed attention, sparking a wave of reactions. After that, the Air India authority came up with an apology saying the mishap occurred due to the challenging weather conditions of the city.

“Dear Mr. Warner, today's challenging weather in Bengaluru caused diversions and delays across all airlines. The crew operating your flight was held up on an earlier assignment affected by these disruptions, which led to a delay in departure. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing to fly with us.” Air India responded.

Warner’s New Stint In PSL

Known for unreal brilliance in the game, David Warner went unsold in the IPL 2025 mega auction and that was a shocker for the fans. But after that, David Warner unlocked his first-ever PSL stint with the Karachi Kings. In the platinum draft, the franchise secured his service for the season. As the tournament is set to go live on April 11, Pakistani fans are set to witness some ‘Warner Magic’ on the field.
