BCCI To Bring IPL 2024 Fan Parks To 15 Cities Across 11 States; Check Venues

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 is all set to bowl over fans with its much-anticipated commencement on March 22. 

As the tournament gears up to serve a feast of cricketing brilliance, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring fans across the globe and the country are closer to the action than ever before.


15 cities in 11 states to host IPL 2024 Fan Parks for first two weeks

With the innovative concept of 'Fan Parks' introduced in 2015, the BCCI is hitting it out of the park to enrich the fan experience. 

The opening salvo of the IPL 2024 will see the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lock horns with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in what promises to be a blockbuster clash on March 22, 2024.

Simultaneously, the first Fan Park of the season will unfurl its attractions in Madurai, as announced by the BCCI through a media release on Wednesday, March 20.

The release further stated that fans will be spoilt for choice in the initial two weeks of the tournament, from March 22 to April 7, 2024, with 15 Fan Parks spread across 11 Indian states.

These include Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Punjab, and Telangana. Overall, 50 cities will host Fan Parks across the country during IPL 2024.

These parks are slated to offer a mini-stadium atmosphere, with five Fan Parks operating concurrently in different cities each week. As per the release, the schedule for Fan Parks after April 7 will be unveiled in due time.

"There will not be any shortage of glitz, glamour and entertainment as the fans will witness the LIVE action and with music, merchandise, food court, games and some fun activations by IPL's official sponsors," the statement added.

In line with the tradition of each season outdoing the previous one, the IPL 2024 Fan Parks are set to elevate the fan experience to a whole new level. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to immortalise their fan moments and express their passion for their favourite teams and players.
