In a significant development, Australia have revealed the eleven names they are going to field in the first Test against West Indies starting on November 30. Ace pacer Josh Hazlewood is the only new face in an otherwise unchanged team that drew the Test series on the recent tour to Sri Lanka, replacing leg-spinner Mitchell Swepson.

Veteran openers David Warner and Usman Khawaja retain their places at the top order, with Marcus Harris missing out on selection despite earning a recall to the squad for the series.

Experienced trio of Marnus Labuschagne, Steven Smith and Travis Head will form the core of the middle-order, while Cameron Green and Alex Carey will play as the all-rounder and keeper-batter, respectively.

Skipper Pat Cummins will spearhead the pace bowling duties alongside the new-ball pair of Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood, with Nathan Lyon is set to play as the solitary spinner.
