In a significant development, Pakistan have updated their squad for the second Test against Bangladesh. Ace spinner Abrar Ahmed has been recalled after missing the first game at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Other than Abrar, Kamran Ghulam and Aamir Jamal have also received a recall to the hosts' squad for the decider.

Aamir Jamal also included in Pakistan's squad

Abrar and Ghulam were released from the squad for the first Test and represented Pakistan Shaheens in the four-day match against Bangladesh A. On the other hand, Aamir Jamal was ruled out of the first Test due to fitness concerns.

Furthermore, Shaheen Shah Afridi, who was released after the first Test, has rejoined the squad. So, in all probability, the left-arm pacer will play the decider at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

As Abrar has returned, he might replace one of Mohammad Ali and Khurram Shahzad, preferably the former, in Pakistan's playing XI for the second Test.
