On Monday, March 1, Mumbai Indians will lock horns against Kolkata Knight Riders in their third match of the season. The Indians are struggling for their first win of the season as they have lost their first two matches. Meanwhile, the upcoming match is MI's first home game and several changes are expected in the playing XI for the upcoming match.

Meanwhile, this article will shed light on the three changes that MI can make in their playing XI for the KKR match.

1.Arjun Tendulkar In,  Satyanarayana Raju Out

MI are struggling for quality bowlers and are missing Jasprit Bumrah with the ball. They have Trent Boult and Deepak Chahar, but lack a genuine quality seam bowler. However, MI opted for Satyanarayana Raju for the match against GT. The right-arm seamer failed to impress in the first two matches and it is likely that he might make way for Arjun Tendulkar.

Notably, Arjun has not got enough game time for MI in the past few seasons and he deserves a place in the team in absence of big stars like Jasprit Bumrah.

2. Will Jacks In, Ryan Rickelton Out

Another change that MI can make is at the top. Ryan Rickelton hasn't quite clicked so far and is struggling for runs. However, Will Jacks' removal from the playing XI against GT left the fans surprised as he smashed a century the last time he played at Narendra Modi Stadium.

Further, Jacks can also contribute with the ball in the crisis and MI can start with him at the top and form a new opening pair with Rohit Sharma and Will Jacks.

3. Shrijith Krishnan In, Robin Minz Out

The third change that MI can make for today's game is to bench Robin Minz for Shrijith Krishnan. Notably, Minz, who was touted as the next big thing for MI. However, Minz has failed so far in the tournament and they are likely to be replaced by Shrijith Krishnan.

Notably, Shrijith also made the noise in MI's training camp and has also done well behind the stumps.
