On the other hand is Rohit Sharma. He took up the leadership role just a few years back, but it has worked wonders for the team. Under him, India has already won the T20 World Cup 2024, and now they stand on the brink of winning another title as they gear up for the summit clash of the Champions Trophy 2025.

Inference: Rohit Sharma has captain India in only one ODI World Cup. He took the team to the final but lost the game that mattered the most against Australia. On the other hand, MS Dhoni has led the Indian team in two ODI World Cups and finished as the champions in one case.
