As expected, India showcased their dominance in their Asia Cup opening match vs the UAE at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The defending champions were at their best as they blew away the Asia Cup hosts with utmost ease to register a thumping 9-wicket win to start the tournament with confidence.

The Indian bowlers, particularly Kuldeep Yadav, were impressive as the UAE batter had no answer and India registered their biggest win in T20I history. With the clash done and dusted, we look at the three key takeaways from India's ruthless win.

1) Kuldeep bamboozles UAE with four-fer

Kuldeep Yadav was not picked in the playing XI for the England Tests, but the wily spinner was back in the squad, and he showcased his prowess with a four-wicket haul. He delivered just 13 deliveries and gave away 7 runs to take four UAE wickets.
