Dubai International Stadium Pitch Report: Is it batting or bowling friendly?
The pitch at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium will be a balanced surface, with help for the batters in the first innings and as the game progresses, the spinners will come into action under lights.
Why will the surface be a balanced one?
- As per reports, the pitch used between the India and Pakistan will be used and as witnessed their, it had something for everyone (batters, pacers, spinners).
- The ball was coming onto the bat nicely, but Pakistan batters failed to capitalise and were restricted to a low score. But as the game progressed, the wicket had assistance for the spinners.
- Similarly, the surface on Sunday will play on the same lines as the batters will find it easy to play their strokes in the afternoon and will find it tough in the second innings. Spinners will come into effect and the surface will get slow down.
- Both the sides will carry plenty of spinners in the playing XI as they could be the one to decide the outcome of the match.
