Despite their batting woes, SLK’s bowling attack continues to stand tall, with Afghan spinner Noor Ahmed delivering an outstanding performance. 

His economical spell, where he picked up three wickets, was a rare highlight in an otherwise forgettable match for the Kings. The Faf du Plessis-led team will look to get back to winning ways by beating the Knight Riders.

On the other hand, Trinbago Knight Riders find themselves in a tricky position, sitting fifth in the table with just two points. 

In their last match, TKR came agonizingly close to victory but fell six runs short against the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons. Solid contributions from Andries Gous (39) and Keacy Carty (34) weren’t enough to chase down a 177-run target.

On paper, TKR boasts a star-studded lineup, with world-class talent in both the batting and bowling departments.  The duo of Waqar Salamkheil and Sunil Narine impressed in their last game, each claiming two wickets, but the team will need a more collective effort to secure a much-needed win and regain their footing in the tournament.
