India are currently trailing by 1-nil in the five-match Test series against England after the latter triumphed by 28 runs in Hyderabad. The hosts, meanwhile, are missing the services of their prime players in Virat Kohli, Mohammed Shami with KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja ruled out of second Test.

However, one more player from the Indian side has been missing for quite a while now as his impact on the side was unmatchable, he is none other than star batter Rishabh Pant, who used to be a master of playing aggressive cricket in Tests. Currently, recovering from a major accident that he suffered by the end of 2022.

Speaking during Star Sports' special show, Pant recalled a funny story involving skipper Rohit Sharma. Pant stated that Rohit once made a joke regarding his style of play as he was quite used to taking on the bowlers.

Sharma, in reference to England's 'Bazball', expressed that the Indian team needs 'Rish-Ball', which is something that Rishabh knows how to play, but the others on the side will have to follow suit.

"Rohit bhai always jokes and says that we need to make a 'Rish-Ball' and he told me that you know the art to play it, but others need to learn that playing style".

Pant has been on the sidelines for more than an year now and is expected to be a part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Delhi Capitals if he attains match fitness. Meanwhile, the Indian side will look towards earning the prized victory in the second game to be played at Visakhapatnam from 2nd February.
