'Most Dangerous Bowler' KL Rahul Hails Kuldeep Yadav in Asia Cup 2023

Indian left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav spun a web of brilliance, claiming a remarkable nine-wicket haul over two crucial matches that catapulted his team into the final of the Asia Cup 2023. The cricketing world stood in awe as Kuldeep's artistry with the ball played a pivotal role in securing India's spot in the highly anticipated championship clash.

In the recent Super 4 clash against Sri Lanka, Kuldeep Yadav was the undisputed star, bagging four crucial wickets that halted Sri Lanka's spirited fightback. India ultimately emerged victorious, winning the match by a convincing margin of 41 runs. "He has been bowling really well. When I am wicketkeeping I enjoy watching him bowl. Sometimes even I can't pick under the lights the way he is bowling. He has developed new tricks and you can see that it is giving out results. His rhythm and execution has been exceptional."

Rahul continued to heap praise on the left-arm spinner, acknowledging the threat Kuldeep posed to the opposition. 

"He was spot on He got five wickets He did the job for his team. He looked the most dangerous bowler in Sri Lanka's attack till I was playing. Probably next time we play we will try to get after him," Rahul added.


With this triumph, India secured their berth in the final of the Asia Cup, setting the stage for an epic showdown to come. The grand finale of the Asia Cup is scheduled for September 17th at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
