Indian seamer Mukesh Kumar revealed that Virat Kohli's warm embrace after he claimed his maiden wicket in Test match cricket is a moment that he will never ever forget.

Making his Test debut in Port of Spain, Mukesh drew first blood when he incited Kirk McCenzie into poking a length ball outside the off-stump.

As soon as he took the wicket, a charged up Kohli ran towards him to give him a passionate hug.

Earlier in his spell, Kohli could be heard constantly motivating the debutant seamer as he toiled away on a lifeless deck.

Kumar claimed another wicket in the form of Alick Athanaze and eventually finished with figures of 2/48 (18).

Recalling the moment when Kohli hugged him, Mukesh Kumar said:

"When I got the wicket, Virat bhaiya ran up and hugged me. I was in a different world. The man I have watched all these years on TV and looked up to is hugging you. It felt great," Mukesh told his senior pace bowling partner (younger in age though) Mohammed Siraj in an interaction for BCCI.TV.

Meanwhile, the 5th day of the Port of Spain Test is threatening to end in a damp squib thanks to the torrential rains in the Caribbean island.

The start of the play has been delayed, and if and when it begins, India will need another 8 wickets to claim 12 vital WTC finals and complete a 2-0 sweep.
