The Gabba Test between India and Australia is heading towards a draw with rain spoiling Aussie charge at regular intervals. India have been bowled out for 260 in their first innings and the home team has a lead of 185 under their belt, but with rain pouring down on the final day, Australia are running out of time.

One of the major reason that India are in a comparitively safer position is because of the final-wicket partnership between Jasprit Bumrah and Akash Deep. Indian dressing room celebrated widly with Virat Kohli and Gambhir sharing a passionate high-five after Akash Deep's boundary help India avoid the follow on in the final moments of Day 4 and it showed how behind India were and still are in the game.

Brad Haddin Trolls India's Attitude

Now, during the rain break on Day 5, Bradn Haddin, the former Australian wicketkeeper expressed his views on the celebration and and said he was quite surprised with how the likes of Kohli, Gambhir and Rohit celebrated after they avoided the follow-on. Haddin stated that all they did was to avoid a follow-on and are still far behind in the game.

It was a typical Australian reaction, and with the home team in strong position, there are bound to be such statements from the former Australian players. India won the first game of the series in Perth, but Australia have dominated since and after a win in Adelaide, have played good cricket at the Gabba too. They are pushing for a win, and it would be interesting to see how they go about their business if rain stops in Brisbane.
