When Virat Kohli Revealed Anushka's Reaction to Pregnancy News

The celebrity couple had announced their impending parenthood in 2020, with Kohli sharing the heartwarming details of Anushka's reaction upon learning about becoming parents for the first time.

Opening up about the prospect of parenthood on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) YouTube show, Bold Diaries, Kohli expressed the joy of soon becoming a father, describing it as an incredible feeling. He shared that upon receiving the news, both of them were overjoyed and thanked everyone for their kind wishes, acknowledging the emotional responses from many well-wishers when they first announced the pregnancy. Kohli concluded by expressing anticipation for the arrival of the third member into their family.

“It is an incredible feeling. It puts things into perspective for you. It is difficult to describe how you feel, but when we found it, we were over the moon. The kind of love that was showered on us when we announced it was amazing. People were genuinely so emotional and happy for us. We are looking forward to the third member joining the clan,”  Virat Kohli said in an interview with the RCB.

Since the birth of Vamika, the influential couple has effectively shielded their daughter from the limelight and media attention, a departure from the usual exposure that celebrity children experience early in their lives with constant camera flashes and media scrutiny. Anushka and Kohli have skillfully managed to keep Vamika out of the public eye, refraining from revealing her face in their social media posts or paparazzi pictures.
