MS Dhoni is getting standing ovation and cheering from the crowds whenever the Chennai captain is playing during the IPL 2023 season, which apparently will be miss last season in the lucrative league as a player. On Wednesday, Dhoni got such reception from the Chinnaswamy crowd, who are known to be loyal just towards Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Although, the CSK skipper just got to bat for one ball, but the stadium in Bengaluru turned up wild as he took crease on the penultimate ball of the Chennai innings.
Seeing the reaction from RCB's home crowd, even the wives of Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis - Anushka Sharma and Imari du Plessis, re - looked shell-shocked.
