The incredible couple of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, fondly known as 'Virushka' have been quite popular on social media with their funny banters that take the internet by storm. More recently, Virat was trending on social media after his heated exchange with Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-haq during the Lucknow-Bangalore match in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Recently, Anushka and Virat, both were present together in an event organised by Puma where they roasted each other in a friendly way. Anushka mentioned how she has saved Virat's name on her phone whereas the former skipper made a solid comeback with his witty replies.

During one segment, Anushka sledged Virat by saying "Come on Virat. Aaj 24th April hain, aaj toh run bana le" which translates to "Today is 24th April, at least make some runs today". This was in context to the reference that Kohli has produced a golden duck in his last three matches on 23rd April while batting for RCB.

Adding to this, Anushka mocked the RCB batter by mentioning that he celebrates more than the bowler when a wicket falls and later, even imitated his gesture which saw a loud cheer from the crowd that were attending the event.

Talking about the tournament, Kohli had a wonderful run with the bat scoring 639 runs with the bat from 14 matches at an average of 53.25 with a strike rate of around 140 but unfortunately, his team couldn't make it past the group stage. Along with this, his two centuries this season were the highlight that went with six half-centuries.

After two hectic months, Virat will now shift his focus to red-ball cricket as the Indian team is all set to clash against Australia in the World Test Championship (WTC) final to be played from 7th June.
