'MS Dhoni To Play Another Season,' Confirms Suresh Raina

The biggest and one of the most respected names in the Indian cricket industry, MS Dhoni has been the heartbeat of many fans across the globe who follow the sport passionately. Prior to this season, it was expected that the legendary player who captains Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) might retire after this season but new details have emerged now.

Former CSK legend Suresh Raina while speaking to JioCinema made some massive comments about his very good friend and ex-teammate. The southpaw revealed that MS has the ambition to play another season for the yellow army after he lifts the trophy this season.

"Main trophy jeetke ek saal aur khelunga (After winning the trophy, I will play one more year)."

Raina's statement is making the heads turn as Dhoni who is fondly known as 'Thala' have never openly called it his last season, even after commentator Danny Morrison asked him during the toss against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).

MS Dhoni when asked by Morrison if he is going to retire said,

"Well, you have decided it's my last."

This would come as a huge relief to his fans who would definitely want him to play another season for the Super Kings.

Talking about the table, CSK are second on the table with 13 points to his name as they still have three group stage games remaining.
