Cameron Green talks about his five-wicket haul in Boxing Day Test

Cameron Green has been in sensational form, the all-rounder had just made his debut in April this year but became one of the most talked about player in the international circuit. Green also broke the bank at the Indian Premier League auction and made history by becoming one of the highest bids in the history of the tournament. 

In the ongoing Boxing Day Test between South Africa and Australia, Green pulled off a phenomenal fifer, just three days after the IPL Auction. 

The all-rounder finished with the figures 5-27, including 4-8 in 4.4 overs. His fifer helped Australia crumble South Africa at 189 on day one. 

Cameron Green talks about his day out in the field 

“That’s probably cricket summed up I think, you can have a really slow start to the summer and you think cricket is so tough and then you kind of have a few days like this and then it kind of brings you back." 

“I think at the same time, when you go through a high, cricket can bring you back down really quickly so I’m trying to keep as level-headed as I can and focus on the game ahead.” 

“It probably still hasn’t sunk in now, it’s a very special feeling and I’m sure I’ll remember that for a very long time."
