CSK vs RR: Jos Buttler Replaced by Adam Zampa

Adam Zampa is set to bowl for the first time for RR as he has replaced Jos Buttler as an Impact Player against CSK at Chepauk. The decision was made in the final over of RR's innings when they lost their seventh wicket and Zampa was sent out to bat.

Zampa, however, was run out while stealing the second run on the final ball of the delivery. RR have managed to reach 175 but it seems to be below par total as the pitch is quite good to bat with lightning speed outfield. RR now would keep their hopes on their world-class spin trio as Zampa will be joining the force alongside the Indian spin-duo of Chahal and Ashwin.

At one point in time, RR looked set to cross the 200-run mark again, but Jadeja delivered a double blow in the 9th over to put a lid on the scoring rate. Buttler though held one end up and managed to score his third fifty of the season. However, Moeen Ali knocked over Buttler in the 17th over and that eventually led to RR falling short of what they would have expected at the start of the game.

Just to remind the readers, RR went with only three overseas players in their starting XI and that is the reason why, they could bring in an overseas player, Zampa to boost their bowling attack. Let's see how much of an impact Adam Zampa manages to make now...
