PAK vs BAN U19 Asia Cup (Source:@we_knowd,x.com)
The much-anticipated semi-final 2 clash between Pakistan U19 and Bangladesh U19 in the Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup has been delayed by the weather in Dubai. The toss for the match could not take place on time as rain earlier in the day left the outfield wet, forcing officials to keep the covers on.
Although the rain has stopped and there is no rainfall at the moment, strong winds are blowing across the ground. However, the main concern remains the wet outfield. To avoid any risk to player safety, match officials have decided to wait for conditions to improve before proceeding.
The pitch and central playing area are still fully covered as a precaution. The next inspection by the officials is scheduled for 11:30 AM IST (10:00 AM local time), after which a decision on the toss will be taken.
