The 17th game of the Indian Premier League between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals has got off to an interesting start. Both the teams have made some interesting changes, and one of them is that Faf du Plessis is out due to injury.
KL Rahul To Open For Delhi Capitals vs CSK?
There are couple of options for Delhi Capitals to open, but KL Rahul is favourite to do it, and he would most likely move from number 4 to the top of the order. However, there is an option of Abishek Porel as well, but KL Rahul is a natural opener and has great record at the top of the order in IPL which makes him favourite to open for Delhi Capitals against Chennai Super Kings.
Faf du Plessis, on the other hand, has a niggle, and Delhi Capitals fans would be hoping that he gets fit till the next match. Sameer Rizvi is back into the XI as well in place of Faf du Plessis and he would be looking to impress after a poor start to the season. DC have both the games so far, and are looking pretty balanced under Axar Patel while Chennai Super Kings have lost two games after starting off the season with a win.
It is an important game for CSK, and they would be hoping that bringing in Devon Conway at the top of the order will help their cause.
