The Boxing Day Test between India and Australa is gathering great momentum. On the fourth day of the game the match is brilliantly poised and the two teams are currently battling it out to take the advantage in the match and the series in the process.

Notably, Australia won the toss in the game and opted to bat first. The top three batters scored a half-century for the team and laid the foundation. The modern great Steve Smith further strengthened the position of Australia. The Australian maestro scored a brilliant 140 runs to anchor the innings for the team and take the team's total to a massive 474.

In reply, the Indian team struggled at the beginning, but the middle order stood up to the challenge. The young Indian all-rounder, Nitish Reddy scored 114 runs and played the key role in taking the team's total to 369. India fought hard but conceded a lead of 105 runs at the end of the first innings.

The third innings of the match is important for both the teams as it will determine who takes the driver's seat in the game ahead of the decisive gig. India have started well in the second innings as they have already taken two wickets before conceding 50 runs.

Siraj Gets Animated After Picking The Wicket Of Siraj

After Bumrah picked up the wicket of Konstas, Mohammad Siraj got the wicket of Usman Khawaja. On the fifth delivery of the 19th over in the second innings of Australia, Siraj bowled a full delivery at the off stump line that moved in ever so slightly. The left-handed opening batter of Australia tried to drive the ball but that left a huge gap between the bat and the pad. The ball snuck in through the gap and hit the off stump to end the innings of the batter.

As Khawaja was dismissed Siraj was seen getting fired and gesturing a silence to the MCG crowd. The wicket not only fired up the bowler but also brought out the aggression from Virat Kohli. The Indian batter was seen getting animated and joining in the celebration with Siraj.
