Tanzim Sakib gets Stubbs for a duck [Hotstar]
Tanzim Hasan Sakib wreaked havoc while opening the bowling for Bangladesh against South Africa. In his third over, the pacer dismissed Tristian Stubbs on a five-ball-duck who had scored a precious 33 in the previous game.
The mishap for the Proteas unfolded at 4.2 when they were already 23/3 when Tanzim came in and pitched a short-of-a-length ball to Stubbs in the 5th-6th stump channel outside the off stump with a foolproof plan by having Shakib Al Hasan at the short cover.
The 23-year-old explosive batter fell to the trap and casually pushed the rising delivery towards Shakib who made a successful effort to dive forward to grab the ball.
After Stubbs' 0 (5), the African side finds themselves in the middle of a recovery with Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller calming things down with 83/4 after 15 overs while Bangladesh tries to build on the good start.
