Swapnil Singh is turning into a golden arm for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the second-half of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. Against Punjab Kings (PBKS) at Dharamsala, the left-arm spinner Swapnil led the charge with the ball by first removing Prabhsimran Singh and then Liam Livingstone. 

As Punjab's middle-order kept falling like a pack of cards, Swapnil Singh got better of Livingstone, who came in for Kagiso Rabada, on a two-ball duck. He dished a flighted off-break, and the Englishman failed to pick the variation as he tried turning in the on-side, but got a leading edge towards covers.

Livingstone's wicket broke down PBKS' momentum in a massive chase against RCB. Even Punjab's co-owner Preity Zinta felt devasted after the big fish showed his back.

Swapnil, aided with his spin-bro Karn Sharma, inspired a PBKS collapse as the tweakers shared four wickets between them, putting breaking when the lethal duo of Jonny Bairstow and Rilee Rossouw were going at full flow. 

Eventually, RCB upset PBKS with an all-round performance, thanks to Virat Kohli's majestic 92, Mohammed Siraj's three-fer and Rajat Patidar's fiery fifty.
