Afridi was on strike and Khushdil Shah delivered a brilliant delivery, coming around the wicket and pitching it just outside off stump.

The ball spun sharply in towards the batter, and Shaheen Afridi, attempting to defend, was taken by surprise. The ball zipped through his bat and pad, striking the top of the off stump in a flawless exhibition of spin and accuracy. Afridi walked away scoring only 8 runs in 6 deliveries. The Fortune Barishal's innings started on a wobbly note, losing two quick wickets consecutively. Skipper Tamim Iqbal stepped up, smashing a brisk 28 off 18 balls to make the innings stable. Kyle Mayers and Mushfiqur Rahim chipped in with 13 and 15 runs, while Mohammad Nabi added vital 21 runs into their innings. Depending on those efforts, they put on 124 runs on board.

While chasing the target, the Riders faced some initial setbacks after losing two consecutive wickets. Azizul Hakim Tamim and Tawfique Khan walked away on ducks. That added pressure on them. But Alex Hales and Saif Khan is putting down the pressure from the team with his batting excellence. They are just 77 runs away from the win.
